Another busy week at Successfactory...
Successfactory has been a centre of productivity this week as we've been catching up after a really busy time. Graham has been away delivering project management skills for B&Q in the South and Alison has been busy with the Hesley Group in Doncaster delivering a leadership programme and teambuilding with the Chester and District Housing Trust in Chester. Back at our lovely Cheshire-based venue, Anne has been carefully looking after the finances, sending out invoices and looking after the team as she always does! Vicki has been ensuring the venue looks as beautiful as ever and arranging catering for all our incoming bookings. Teegan has been overseeing all the incoming bookings and making sure all the paperwork is processed correctly, as well as having tackled our activities storeroom...she has managed to gain some sense of order in there, finally! Martin has been working on some documents for our new website and essential health & safety things around our venue! Alison and Martin planned a new activity for down on the ropes course which they (with some help from Teegan) then put in place. It's a great challenge called ‘Tarzan' which we're looking forward to using with clients. We obviously all had a go, including Anne (who now has achy arms but thinks it was definitely worth it) and we've given it a big thumbs-up! Tarzan is a low ropes based activity and ideal for 4 - 12 participants. It lasts 30 - 45 minutes and focuses on trust, support and communication.
So, all in all, another good week at Successfactory with lots going on. We've got a few big events coming up so we'll keep you updated as things happen!
